These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website and any photography services ("Services") provided by Annija Pumpure Photography ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services

Annija Pumpure Photography offers professional photography and content creation services, including but not limited to wedding photography, portrait sessions, brand content creation, and image retouching. Specific service details, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in individual client contracts or booking confirmations.


2. Booking & Payment

  • A signed contract (or written confirmation) and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your booking date.
  • The deposit amount and full payment deadlines will be specified in your contract or invoice.
  • Full payment is due by the date outlined in your agreement, typically before the session date or delivery of final images.
  • Failure to provide timely payment may result in cancellation of services or withholding of final images.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date at our discretion and subject to availability.
  • If Annija Pumpure Photography is unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or arrange a suitable alternative.


4. Copyright & Image Usage

  • Annija Pumpure Photography retains full copyright to all images and content created.
  • Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use delivered images for personal purposes, including printing and sharing on social media (with credit appreciated).
  • Commercial use, resale, or reproduction of images without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Images may not be altered, edited, or manipulated (including applying filters or cropping) without written approval from the photographer.
  • We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or venue access required for the photoshoot.
  • Please communicate specific requests, expectations, or important moments in advance.
  • Annija Pumpure Photography is not liable for missed moments due to lack of communication, cooperation, or circumstances beyond our control.


6. Image Delivery & Storage

  • Final edited images will be delivered via a secure online gallery.
  • Galleries are typically available for download for unlimited time (until the server is active) from the delivery date.
  • We do not guarantee long-term archival of files beyond this period. Clients are strongly advised to download and back up their images promptly.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, lighting conditions, venue restrictions, client lateness, or equipment failure).
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those Services.
  • The Website and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.


8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website—including text, images, graphics, and design—is the intellectual property of Annija Pumpure Photography and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
  • You may view and use this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of Website content is strictly prohibited.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
